Can Wilde Peak help with injury recovery?

While Wilde Peak does not provide rehab or medical services, our testing can identify performance deficits or asymmetries that may contribute to injury risk. We’re happy to share your results with your physical therapist, athletic trainer, or physician so they can incorporate our data into your care plan. If you're currently recovering from an injury, we recommend talking with your provider before booking a session.

Do you offer testing for all ages and sports?

Yes! Wilde Peak works with youth athletes (typically ages 10+), adult fitness clients, weekend warriors, and high-level competitors across a wide range of sports. We adjust testing protocols based on age, ability, and performance goals to ensure every athlete gets relevant and safe testing.
