Wilde Peak Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your time and ours. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

  2. No-Shows

    • If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

  3. Exceptions for Illness or Injury

    • We understand things happen. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons if you give us a call. Whether we allow a reschedule or a refund is at our discretion.

  4. Wilde Peak Cancellations

    • If we must cancel your session (e.g., weather, location issue, equipment failure), you will receive the option to reschedule or a full refund.

  5. How to Cancel

    • Cancellations must be made via email or text (not social media or verbal messages).
